Depending on the features you use, She8 may process information such as:

Wellness, Cycle & Nutrition Information

• age
• cycle-related information (logged period dates, cycle length, cycle phase)
• calorie, macro, and nutrition data
• food logs and meal entries
• water intake
• challenge progress (streaks, calendar completion, weekly stats)
• wellness goals and preferences

Photos & User Content

• food photos uploaded for AI-powered meal analysis
• information entered into the app manually

Device & Account Information

• a device identifier, used in hashed form to create your account (She8 does not require an email or password to use the app)
• app usage analytics
• crash reports and diagnostics
• device performance information
• push notification token (used to deliver reminders and updates)

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• analyze food photos and provide nutrition and meal insights
• power cycle-aware recommendations and wellness insights
• personalize your experience
• track challenge and progress data you choose to log
• send push notifications you have enabled
• improve app functionality and performance
• maintain app stability and security
• process subscriptions and purchases

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage

Unlike apps that store data only on your device, She8 stores your account and wellness data in a secure cloud database so that your logs, cycle data, and progress sync and remain available across sessions.

Food photos you upload for analysis are stored in a secure cloud storage bucket for the purpose of providing the AI meal-analysis feature.

4. Cycle & Wellness Data

Cycle-related information you log (such as period dates and cycle length) is:

• used only to power the cycle tracking and personalization features you choose to use
• not sold
• not used for advertising purposes

You can stop logging cycle data at any time, and can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 8).

5. Third-Party Services

She8 may use trusted third-party services for:

• backend data storage and authentication (Supabase)
• subscription and billing management (Adapty)
• push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• AI-powered food photo analysis (OpenAI)

These services may process limited information required for their functionality, under their own privacy and security practices.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information and maintain app security.

However, no electronic system or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

She8 is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• stop using She8 at any time
• revoke notification permissions through your device settings
• request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
• delete the app from your device to remove locally cached content

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of She8 after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
