Lumara is a photo enhancement tool. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the App experience.

1.1 Photos

When you use the App, you upload photos for enhancement. These images are processed to upscale resolution and improve clarity. We do not use your photos for advertising, sell them to third parties, or share them publicly without your explicit consent.

1.2 Device and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information to ensure the App functions correctly, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and performance data
• General usage patterns (e.g., features used, session length)

This data is collected in depersonalized or aggregated form and is not used to identify you individually.

1.3 Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.

1.4 Information You Do Not Provide

We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and enhance your photos using cloud-based technology
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our enhancement technology
• Maintain and improve App performance and stability
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to support its functionality:

• Replicate (replicate.com) — cloud-based processing used to run the machine learning models that upscale and enhance your photos
• Adapty — used to manage in-app subscription purchases, paywalls, and renewal logic
• Apple App Store — for payment processing

These providers may receive limited technical or usage data to perform their functions. They are not permitted to use this data for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely using encrypted cloud storage. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
