This document, referred to as the “App Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), outlines the terms governing the collection and utilization of Personal Information from Users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or the “User”) by Vinceltech (hereinafter referred to as “Vinceltech”) during the download, installation, and use of the mobile application “CarCareAI” (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile application”).
By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, You voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.
1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, You fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy.
1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities.
1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.
2.1. When using the Mobile application, the User does not actively provide personal information such as name, email, or phone number. Vinceltech does not collect or store data that directly enables User identification.
2.2. The Mobile application may request access to and process the following information:
Device Information: including device model, operating system version, app version, and other technical details necessary for the functioning and optimization of the Mobile application.
Camera Data (Photos): photos captured by the User through the Mobile application for its intended functionality. Photos are processed solely for the purpose of delivering app features and are not collected or stored beyond what is necessary for functionality.
2.3. The User acknowledges the use of third-party software in the Mobile application, which may collect and transmit depersonalized data.
Third-party software may include analytics or service providers that collect technical data (such as device information, query data, or activity logs). The collection and use of this data are subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.
Vinceltech does not intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.
Vinceltech may use the limited information collected for the following purposes:
To provide the core functionality of the Mobile application.
To improve app performance and user experience.
To ensure technical support and troubleshooting.
For statistical and analytical purposes using depersonalized data.
The User has the right to:
Be informed about the processing of their data.
Access and review the information collected.
Request correction or deletion of data.
Withdraw consent for data processing, which may limit app functionality.

Collected data will be stored only for as long as necessary to provide the services of the Mobile application or as required by law. Vinceltech periodically reviews its data storage and processing practices to ensure relevance and necessity.
Vinceltech takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is fully secure, and Users acknowledge this risk when using the Mobile application.
Vinceltech may transfer data to third-party service providers solely for the operation and functionality of the Mobile application. No data will be sold or shared for marketing purposes without explicit User consent.
